The difference

What is the difference between using Fior d'Acqua and using traditional vases?

A florist who uses Fior d'Acqua goes to the shop on Monday morning, he was closed on Sunday but he knows that he won't smell bad rotten smells and that he won't have to worry to change the water in the vases. He has some flowers left that can still be sold from Saturday, but he orders new flowers that arrive via truck or he goes directly to the market to buy them. Once in the shop he carefully cleans the flowers, removes the paper wrappings, and cuts the terminal part of the stems. , eliminates the lower leaves and finally fills the Fior with flower water.
At this point he is free to dedicate himself to compositions, he can prepare deliveries for the day, or have a coffee.
From Tuesday to Sunday, the florist who uses Fior d'Acqua no longer has to worry about changing the water and trimming the stems because there is no need.

The cold water will work for him, also giving him more time to sell the flowers as they will last longer and open more slowly.

A florist who doesn't have a Fior d'Acqua display goes to the shop on Monday morning, preferably a little before opening hours, he was closed on Sunday and he already knows that the first thing what will come to him will be the unpleasant rotten smell produced by the flowers that have ripened, an inconvenience that can also cause him to lose customers. He will have to immediately throw away the rotting flowers and will have to collect from tables and shelves all the leaves, petals and stamens that the flowers will have lost during their decomposition and he will have to start washing the vases with bleach and lots of water. He will have to order new flowers that arrive via truck or he will go directly to the market to buy them. Back in the shop he will have to carefully clean the flowers, remove the paper wrappings, cut the terminal part of the stems and eliminate the lower leaves. Once the vases have been washed and refilled with water that he has run from the tap in order to have fresher water, he will have to add a quantity of flower preservative and finally fill the dozens of vases scattered around the shop and then distribute them with their load of water and flowers, going back and forth around the shop, dripping water, hoping not to trip or break any more vases. Just explaining it takes twice as long, let alone doing it.

At this point the florist can dedicate himself to the compositions or prepare the deliveries for the day, he certainly won't have much time to have a coffee.
From Tuesday to Sunday, every day, the florist who does not have a Fior d'Acqua display will have to repeat the operations of cutting the stems, washing the vases, changing the water using hundreds of liters of water, liters of bleach used to avoid bad smells, and above all a lot of physical effort.

The only alternative he has before arriving at Fior d'Acqua is to use flower preservatives which help make the flowers last longer, but do not take away the effort of the weight of the vases.
